Our 71-acre property, which is surrounded by tall, magnificent trees, includes a pond that acts as a feeding facility for some beautiful cattle, as well as stunning sunset views.

Our unique, dynamic venue comfortably seats 60+ people and provides you with the room and freedom to arrange and enjoy any type of outdoor event. We have a residence on the property with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a modern kitchen, and a media room with approximately 57 facilities to ensure that our visitors have a pleasant stay.

Hosting events and guests should be a breeze, since the house can accommodate 8 people very comfortably overnight and is also spacious enough for the guests to get prepared for their special day. The bride and groom will also be able to utilise the facilities at their leisure. There is a perfectly sized game room that comes with seating, a freezer and a countertop that can be utilised to make all of the required preparations.

The Formula One Circuit of the Americas (COTA) is only 3 minutes away, as is the Tesla gigafactory. The airport is 20 minutes away, and all of Austin's fascinating attractions are only 25 minutes away.
